All open VISTAR knowledge published on vistarman.org is 100% open-source, non-proprietary, and community-owned. Anyone in the world can freely read, study, teach, and share it without paywalls, subscription tiers, or restrictive access gates. The ecosystem operates strictly as a non-profit public platform dedicated to universal human flourishing, critical discernment, and scientific clarity.

The public knowledge commons (vistarman.org) operates strictly as a non-commercial entity. It possesses no shareholders, issues no equity, and distributes zero private dividends or capital payouts. All canonical treatises, research syntheses, and living toolkits are published with zero commercial sponsorships, zero paywalled tiers, and zero behavioral tracking.

To guarantee operational durability and truth verification, the Foundation functions under a dual-chamber governance structure:

• Chamber A (Board of Trustees): Holds statutory fiduciary responsibility for legal compliance, asset custody, infrastructure resilience, and public audit disclosures. Trustees serve staggered terms and draw zero private equity returns.
• Chamber B (Canonical Stewardship Council): Vetted scholars, peer reviewers, and community stewards evaluating community contributions against the 8-Level Truth Hierarchy and the Zero-Drift Law before ratification into canonical status.

Any Council member, Trustee, reviewer, or editor possessing commercial, political, or personal affiliations with an author, institution, or proposed topic must formally disclose the interest and recuse themselves entirely from voting, peer review, and editorial oversight.
